In addition to their well-known thrift stores, Goodwill of Southern Arizona offers a number of employee development programs headquartered at their main office in Tucson.
These programs include, but are not limited to: job connection centers; adult re-entry program; employee development program; one-stop adult employment; career ladders one-stop; and supported employment.
This organization also offers programs geared for youth, to include: youth employment program; youth mentoring; youth program; youth restoration program; and academic services (completing GED, high school diploma, or certification testing).

The VR Program is designed specifically with disabled clients in mind. The VR Program offers services to
clients with physical and/or intellectual impairments to “secure, retain, or regain employment.” In order to qualify for the program, clients must have a verified disability and be referred via the RSA Referral form.
Specific VR services include, but are not limited to: pre-employment transition services; business enterprise program; and older individuals who are blind program.

SEABHS has several programs, one of which is Employment Services. This agency offers individuals who
are enrolled with them the opportunity to gain competitive employment in their community. One of the philosophies driving their program is the acknowledgement that productively employed individuals are generally happier as they contribute to society. Employment Services through this agency is targeted
towards individuals who: have physical and/or intellectual challenges; are new to the work force; have
faced incarceration; have experienced legal issues; or who have current or past substance abuse issues.
